Biscotti Rustica

Sweet Mavens Biscotti Rustica is a line of 100% whole grain, tender biscotti. The earthy texture of whole wheat is combined with other healthy ingredients to produce a biscotti of exceptional quality and taste. Like all our biscotti, our Biscotti Rustica is baked in pans, sliced and baked again. The unique, tender quality of our regular line of biscotti has been maintained, and emphasis has been placed on producing a “healthy,” “good for you” option. Similar to our regular line of biscotti, all of our biscotti is baked fresh to order. As we say “Anything fresher is still in the oven!”

Black Forest

The combination of chocolate and cherries has always been a traditional favorite. In addition to doubling the amount of dietary fiber, our Black Forest Biscotti are rich in antioxidant tart cherries

Cinnamon Walnut

The earthiness of whole wheat is paired with cinnamon and walnuts to create a delightful and “good for you” biscotti. In addition to the increased dietary fiber, walnuts have significantly higher amounts of omega 3 fatty acids compared to other nuts, and are one of the best plant sources of protein.
